Leaders are readers! Most people fill their minds with garbage. Hence; the saying, garbage in, garbage out. Read books that will help you become a better person. Most people don’t like to read. Here is an area that you need to be willing to change. Second, find a mentor. Successful leaders are willing to mentor others. They are excited and happy to pass on what they know. There is an old saying: When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Find a successful online business that has a good support system. There are a few that have a tremendous support system and are willing to mentor you. You need people around you who are willing to speak positively into your life. If people are speaking negatively around you, RUN. Don’t listen to it. Third, speak positively to yourself. I know it sounds stupid, but it’s one of the most important things you can do.
